  Fabulous hotel and staff, the house keeping service is good. Magnificent views from the 30th floor in the club tower, the taxis are cheap and street signs are in Portuguese as well. Lobby is grand and modern, room is clean. The sofa is large and comfortable, the breakfast is superb and the afternoon cocktails, the outdoor pool is very ordinary.

  The suite was excellent and great value for money compared to other top quality hotels we', staff were knowledgeable, the concierge was attentive and helpful in giving directions. The room was huge and food was nice. The beer was warm.

  Hotel staff are very polite friendly and nice, service is good, concierge are very helpful. The rooms are huge, the sofa is modern comfy and the chefs offer a large variety of food for Breakfast. The facilities are excellent.

  The hotel lobby is grand and there is a nice fountain, staff are helpful. Grand suite is spacious and pillows are heavenly to sleep in. Food is also quite reasonable and wine choices are also good.

  Welcome fruits served for welcoming me and very good service. Big and comfortable suite, towels available, large fridge. Dinner and breakfast were great, heated pool was nice.

  Reception airy was uncrowded and rooms were great. The mezza9 restaurant was excellent and the pool was huge.

  Great room and nice tea/coffee collection. Plenty of fresh fruits, accompanied by delicious Portuguese wines and contemporary Luxury. The pool is quite big and the helpers at the pool side are good.

  Great bed and a nice restaurant. Fresh fruits, very good gym.

  The poolside area closed at 10 in the evening and lesser taxi queues and shuttle queues vs. The old town having its authentic Portuguese Mediterranean atmosphere.

  In room dining have a fast response and not many choice the food is just nice. The pool is huge and heated in the winter months is great too.
