In less than five minutes we had our luggage collected, visas issued and money changed into Egyptian pounds to pay for it, followed by a pleasant drive in a comfortable air conditioned car to the hotel.
The room itself was not all that big for the price we were paying but it was spotlessly clean which for me was one of the most important factors in choosing this hotel.
We would stay at this hotel again and would be happy to recommend it to anyone who is willing to pay the price for some comfort.

The location is amazing, the hotel is super posh and the Lobby is on various levels.
The cost also covers transfer to the airport and the tour people organised the check in for us.

We had a great stay here, our bed room was clean and comfortable, but otherwise unremarkable, the bathroom was very nice.
The facilities in the room is great, with ample supply of toiletries in the bathroom and it comes with bath robes and slippers.
The rooms were very clean, beds ultra comfy and temperature control in the room great (very important in Cairo's desert heat).
We had a politely refuse a room tour as we wanted to crawl into bed.
Rooms very comfortable with two big singles or a king size bed and views overlooking the Nile (and possibly the Pyramids if you're lucky!
The hotel is very modern, had a varuety of restaurants as well as a mini food court, various shops, a pool, a nice bar and is generally very beautiful.
The restaurants and food were very good although the food at their signature French restaurant was very overrated but the views were magnificent.
To be adventurous, we tried not to eat at the hotel, excecpt for breakfast, but found that it is not easy finding good restaurants in Cairo.
As for dining, we ate twice at the Indian restaurant where food and service were excellent.
Breakfast in lobby restaurant is excellent and service seemed to be good.
All staff in the VIP area provided excellent service.
Service seemed to be good, with many staff circling with coffee and tea pots in hand.
The view is very nice, hotel is well located and staff at the concierge are helpfull.
The new gym - fitness area is a MUST - really top notch for anyone's standards and the massages are great and very reasonably priced!

The hotel is wonderfully situated away from the noise and smells of Cairo on the tip of an island in the Nile with great views from the pool and gym.
For a fee, we were able to connect to the internet via a high speed cable connection (no wireless).

After being greeted by numerous members of staff and checking-in we went to our room on the 15th floor which was very clean and comfortable with a balcony looking out on the Nile and relaxed while we waited for our luggage to be delivered.
