The location is great; located in the middle of buckhead and close to shopping and night life.

The hotel is in a nice location, walking distance from the Lenox Mall and close to plenty of bars and restaurants.

The plus of the location is that it's easy to get to the MARTA station, though nearby construction has left the sidewalks in shambles so good luck with a heavy roller bag.

Got ripped off by an unlicensed taxi I got into at the airport -- beware of these unmarked taxis!

It is very easy to reach the hotel with the clean fast and safe MARTA subway, which departs in the airport terminal close to the baggage claim area and brings you to the Buckhead station one block away from the hotel-for $2.

The room was average size -- big enough to fit two double beds, an armoire for the TV, a desk w/a chair, another chair sitting next to the desk, and an armchair next to the bed.

First, the room was on the small side, with a king bed and a ton of unnecessary furniture in the room.

For instance, there was an armchair pushed up against the one window in the room and the other side of the chair was situated about 4 inches away from my side of the bed (which I couldn't move) and I kept hitting my foot on it.

The rooms are standard fare -- comfortable bed, older TV in an armoire, internet access ($9.

We had cigarette stains on the bed, AC/heat that didn't work correctly, and musty rooms were more in line with a motel 6 than a 4 star hotel.

Everyone at the Grand Hyatt is pleasant and friendly; the surrounding area is great: shopping, restaurants, and the restaurant and cocktail lounge are great (even though there is currently some construction going on).

I had eaten in the bar the night before and it was fine, but breakfast is not their strong suit.

We ate breakfast at a restaurant called The Flying Biscuit.

From the bell staff, the concierge who made dinner reservations, Jeff the courtesy car driver, the front staff and food service made this a five star stay!

The location was perfect for our shopping, the hotel concierge was helpful and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms, and we couldn't have asked more from the service staff.

Drawbacks-Parking is 17 or 18 a day and the lobby bar and little gift store were very overpriced.

The spa area had both sauna and a steam room.

The parking garage (self parking is $15 a day) was close to the side entrance of the hotel, which is where the elevators were located to get to our room.

Wired internet is available at a daily charge.

When we got up to the room, it was clean and fresh.

Lobby are clean, the staff is friendly and the rooms are very nice.

The service was wonderful and the room was very clean.
