In Amman you can ride clear across town for between 1-3 Dinars, pool area is nice and the hotel is good value for money.
Nonetheless, the hotel is good value for money.
Nice restaurant areas, amazing hotel and standards as you would the Four Seasons for a better price.
If you are inexperienced this hotel will no doubt impress but for those who pay attention to detail be wise and shift elsewhere!
You will likely receive much the same caliber of service and standards as you would the Four Seasons for a better price (and location!
The hotel is located about 25 minutes taxi ride from Amman Airport.
The taxi fee from the airport to the Hyatt is a set rate of 17 Jordanian Dinars, plus tip.
The size of my room was adequate and the bed comfortable but the TV wasn't functioning properly.
Very comfortable bed, room was always spotless, and temperature control easy to use and constant with no extremes.
Rooms were fine and everything worked, although the wet-room bit of the bathroom didn't drain very well.
The bed was large and the breakfast was very good.
Staff very friendly and very comfortable bed.
Has a great lounge/bar outside, good breakfasts and excellent choice for business.
Further dining was fine in the 32 North restaurant and breakfasts were good.
The jacuzzi is superb and breakfast in the restaurant on the main level is great.
Comfortable room and has a lounge/bar that serves a good selection of local food.
Walking distance to several very good restaurants, located well and the best thing about the hotel is that has a deli.
This hotel offers a great service, the staff were friendly and the room were spacious and clean.
The staff were very courteous, the concierge was helpful as well and the room was cleaned to the highest standard everyday.
The reception is smart, large and well presented however I did find the staff a little arrogant; bordering on rude.

The hotel is beautiful, the lobby lounge as well as the Executive lounge are nice and housekeeping staff are great.
This hotel has a beautiful lobby, reception area, pools (indoor and outdoor) and gym, but unfortunately, it has major flaws that shouldn't exist in such a so-called 5 star property.
Had a very nice king/non-smoking room that overlooked the outdoor pool and terrace - try to get something on this side as it was quite quiet and the view is terrific.
Furthermore service is attentive, the changing rooms are very clean and fresh.
Great hotel in Amman, the staff were again wonderful and the room was very clean.
