  Beautiful views, fantastic hotel and the staff were the most helpful ever encountered. The rooms, facilities and food were excellent, here the drinks and service were very gOod.

  Maybe yes, the location made good, the restaurant was I might expect for a large hotel restaurant and the entire staff were charming, helpful and courteous.

  The room was very hot, bar prices were expensive compared to the bars in Zell and food was bad 2.

  The view is stunning and the garden is beautiful, grand hotel has the best location.

  Some of the receiption staff are not helpfull, the room is not we see in Booked its much smaller and the mattres not confortable.

  The view of the lake was beautiful and overall, staying at the Grand Hotel was fine. Reception staff gave great first impression.

  The gardens and terraces, bars and leisure areas were kept spotless, the location of the hotel was incredible excellent location in heart of the lake. The food was very good and the staff very polite.

  Superb location on the lake and for immediate access into town, the imperial bar is a great place to unwind in the evening.

  I loved the location and the atmosphere of the hotel, very good services, we changed our room without significant improvement. Great food friendly staff and excellent choice.

  Overall its a lovely place in a wonderful location in the town + on the lake, excellent service and large rooms. Bar staff were equally good and the buffet breakfast included hot food and had a wide selection.

  All in all a fabulous place to stay and good value for money, very friendly service, rooms really spacious. Food excellent in the restaurant, the dinner, , fantastic.

  Excellent food spcialy the dinner and very nice terraces outside for drinks.

  The hotel is expensive and the service is truly bad. The rug in the room is old.

  The lake view is awesome and the town is big enough to spend a day shopping thru. The hotel garden is beautiful and in sum, Zell am See is good for more than sking holidays. The service is brilliant and rooms are clean. The food is excellent and website and a la carte menu should be updated.

  The train is very noisy and the lobby smell awful since the smoking is allowed. Also the receptionists are rude and the swimming pool is smallish and gets crowded in the evening.

  Perfect location and views, the best resturant in town. Its a very nice hotel and large terrace area below was a building site. The reception staff in particular were excellent and balcony were fantastic. Bar was fine, the toilet was divided in the inside in a good practical way and first day aside, the meals were lovely.

  The location was great, the suite overlooking the lake was amazing and the Hotel was excellent in almost every way. The other pool and spa in the main building was nice enough, staff were helpfull, our room was modern and well styled. The food was absolutely gorgeous and the waiter served us was helpful, friendly and discreet. Cocktails were nice, i really liked the mozart symphony.
