This incredible hotel exudes class and has an incredible concierge and staff. The views of Lake Como and the mountains are breathtaking. The food is simply delicious. The rooms are comfortable, and those with balconies are recommended. It's closed from November to March.

                Regardless, the service was superb, and the location could not have been more spectacular, quite nice and quite unexpected for a hotel not located in a big city, the staff had great eating suggestions. The small bedroom had hardwood floors and a huge bathroom.

                Very poor value for money and not worth the price. Some staff a little unfriendly, waited over two hours for luncheon/cocktail plates & glasses to be taken away.
