The location was super convenient with free parking right across the street. The wifi was mind-blowing, the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. The stylish interior and spacious rooms were jaw-dropping for the price. The breakfast, while basic, was nicely cooked and had a good variety. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, all speaking excellent English. The bathroom was fantastic with a big shower, ample hot water, and plenty of counter space. The hotel was in a quiet area, close to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and was very tasty. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The courtyard windows on the high floor ensured complete silence. The breakfast had a good variety and was very tasty. The room quality exceeded my expectations, comparable to high-end hotels. The hotel itself is proper with well-furnished rooms and nice bathrooms. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of town. The staff at the main desk were mostly friendly, with one lady being particularly pleasant and helpful. my stay was fantastic and exceeded all my expectations.

The hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of dishes. The fitness center and spa are a great way to relax and stay active. The friendly staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

i loved this old-fashioned hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. the room was well-appointed and offered with high ceiling and an open window and a whirlpool bath. the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfactory with local ingredients, fresh options and also sushi. the location was particularly good and magnificent - right by the lake and a nearby bus stop.

Airy and a decent size rooms, the views of the town were lovely. The staff was extremely helpful, provided good services and helped with free parking.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, perfect for side sleepers like us. The room was spacious and had plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was a highlight, with a large shower and ample counter space. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their excellent English language skills. We were also pleased with the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently close to a bus stop and within walking distance to the coach station, shopping center, and many restaurants and cafes. we felt safe and enjoyed our time at Grand Hotel.

We chose this hotel for its central location, right in the center of town. It was perfect for exploring all of the tourist sites in the area. The room we had was spacious and had a comfortable bed, even the extra bed for our son was really comfortable. The old-time atmosphere added a nice touch to the room. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of choices. We also had the option to book the whole sauna area for private use, which was a great bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, with good language skills, and even the cleaning lady spoke Finnish.

During my recent business trip, I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Viljandi. It was conveniently located near restaurants and local attractions. I appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room and the ample breakfast offerings. The accommodations were comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a restful night's sleep.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. The neighbors were very loud on Friday night, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest.
