The view from the veranda is spectacular, free hotel coach allowed easy access to Sorrento town centre at various times throughout the day & evening and friendly staff give complete value for money.
Pool area was very clean, the bus service was reliable and convenient, free parking at the hotel was a huge plus.
The rooms were clean, the mini bar was quite big and the elevators worked great and.

The reception area is huge and magnificent, this hotel is very nice, we had a great view of the ocean from our balcony.

The rooms are old and the twin beds were not able to move together, the staff is not friendly and the restaurant is not good.
