The rooms with harbor views were praised at this hotel, as were the splendid spa and gorgeous restaurant on the rooftop with its views of Capri and Vesuvius. The service was variable for some, the food mediocre, and the location frequented by too many tourists, though.

After your plane lands you should use the Curreri bus service to the destination "Sorrento-Piazza Tasso". Then take the Public Bus Line to the destination Sant'Agata to reach the hotel.

Our room was nicer and the communal areas seemed more luxurious at the excelsior, the welcome was warm as were all the staff, the bathroom was big well lit and the bath products were great too.
