Set amidst a beautifully-landscaped park, the Grand Hotel Sauerhof offers comfortable accommodations in Baden, renowned for being home to many theatres, operettas and museums.

Housed in a gorgeous Biedermeier-style palace, this four-star property retains its timeless charm and provides desirable amenities a modern traveler could ask for. Among services available at the hotel is an extensive wellness area, free parking and meeting facilities.

Each of 90 guestrooms is inspired by Biedermeier design and some come with a private terrace and a balcony. In-room standard fittings include cable TV, high speed internet access and hairdryer.

The hotel features a charming restaurant serving sumptuous breakfast buffet, and a la carte lunch and dinner options from Austrian and international cuisine. A variety of drinks, light snacks, delicious coffees and wines is served in the bar. Moreover, the hotel boasts its own historic wine cellar dating back to 1419.

      Vienna International Aiport is about 35km from the hotel.

      • By car: Head north on Inlandstr. toward Schleifenstr. Turn right onto Schleifenstr. Take the 1st right onto Hotelstr. Continue onto Parkstr. Continue onto Ausfahrtsstr. Keep left at the fork. Take the ramp to A4. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for A4/Wien and merge onto A4. Take exit Knoten Schwechat to merge onto S1 toward Graz/Linz/St.Pölten/Mannswörth OMV/Italien/Slowenien/Deutschland. Take exit Knoten Vösendorf on the left to merge onto A2/E59 toward A3/Graz/Eisenstadt. Take exit 21-Baden for B210. Turn left onto Ebreichsdorfer Str./B210. Continue to follow B210. Slight right onto Haidhofstr. Continue onto Braitner Str. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Weilburgstr.

        Excellent location for walking, Baden is beautiful and Vienna is only 20 minutes, the hotel is quiet. Style is attractive and staff are quite courteous. Big room and open surrounding.
