We didn't have any other meals in the hotel, didn't need to as so many places within walking distance that were charging half the price.
An above average hotel, which I feel is good value, considering its prime location.
In a fabulous location, we crossed the road and the proximity to the old town.
Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great with plenty of nice places to dine out in nearby.
The staff were charming and the location is wonderful, near several lovely restaurants.
We did a fair share of traveling during our visit -- to Pompeii, out to Sorrento, the Amalfi coast and Paestum -- but for shorter trips and the airport, the taxi stand is located right next to the hotel.
The reception managed to confuse themselves over our taxi to the airport and tried to charge me for a car that didn't exist.
The room was remarkably spacious with sitting area, desk and a monster of a bed.
This Hotel is exceptional, rooms are very large suites.
The bathroom however was sublime, with a jacuzzi tub you could have done laps in.
The hotel lobby is very attractive but the bedroom (senior suite?
Location is great: beautiful window view, the hotel is well situated to take advantage of promenade walks and a jacuzzi tub large enough to swim across.
Breakfast in the morning was in the beautiful main restaurant - buffet style, free wireless inroom Internet connection was very convenient feature for me and the food was fresh.
The hotel is within an easy walk of three terrific and highly rated restaurants (we had fine meals at Bersagliara, Antonio y Antonio, and Mussels and Soul) and at least ten more scattered all across and around the waterfront, right at your doorstep.
3 course meal for two with wine for under 50 euros in Restaurant Transatlantico.
The staff were rude and unhelpful apart from our waiter in the restaurant (where the food was, admittedly, very good).
Moreover the breakfast staff were friendly.
The view was magnificent, the location of the hotel was great so was the open buffet breakfast and the reception staff were welcoming.
Reception staff efficient but not overly friendly (exception Francesca).
Also reception staff efficient, the room was very spacious and had a choice of a different restaurant each night for a week.
The front desk staff is very helpful, the room is huge.
Naples is a lively city and the hotel lobby is very attractive.
Some light bulbs in the beautiful Murano chandeliers in the lobby as well as some lights on the facade were out and never replaced during the stay.
Despite the presence of a bell boy in the lobby at any time, the space outside the main entrance was not perfect and in order like the one of the nearby hotels (Vesuvio and Excelsior).
Staff were excellent, the room we stayed in was clean and the continental breakfast was tremendous.
A very pleasant stay, accomodating staff and the rooms were fabulously clean.

Hotel room clean and modern with good aircon which is a must in Naples in summer.
