We had a very good trip with enjoyable and amazing breakfast. Excellent service, as the staff were amiable. Very central location just off the annual Ghent festival, it was in a historic area.

The service was absolutely very good. I got a nice size and well-equipped room with a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. The breakfast with many offerings was served in the café. The location offered was comfortable not far from the tram to-and-from the train station, and quiet boulevard.

The staff - some of them were extremely slow.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, so close to the city center, shops and restaurants, and all museums and monuments. The breakfast is amazing, includes pastries and meats.

Liked how nicely appointed the property was and its well-trained staff from the plates to the waiter. I was here for 4 nights and ate at gourmet restaurant for breakfast.

The location was lovely, you can visit De School van Toen by walking. The room was well-appointed with sofa, a garden, as example, and all other comforts.

Facilities were very good, yet Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Had 4 days in Ghent, spending my time here lovely. The restaurant was wonderful for dinner here, I had appetising dishes. The location of the hotel was comfortable - not too far away from a delightful museum.

It had uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The breakfast had a good choice of options: cereal and pastries. The restaurant here was beautiful for dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes.

Great and beautiful location just a pleasant stroll away from a historic town square. Neat and silent unit with huge window onto balcony overlooking Ghent, lavish sofas, as for instance.

Friendly efficient personnel from the plates to the waiter. Location: perfect and excellent, not far from quiet boulevard as well as the restaurants. Nearby L'apero D'oc - great place to chill out. Large and enjoyable breakfast with variety of cereal and pastries.

We stayed here for 3 nights and liked the place. Our breakfast was free with many offerings. We had a newly renovated luxury queen room with lavish sofas, a balcony, level 1 above the lobby.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was too small.

Very central location, at a moderate distance from a delightful museum. Extremely polite and super-friendly staff and an outstanding breakfast including a huge variety of pastries and meats.

Tastefully decorated units with a great bathroom. Location - perfect and comfortable close enough to the garden facing north. Also, right in the centre of beautiful Gent.

Well-kept and well decorated units with great design, huge window onto balcony overlooking Ghent, as example. Fantastic, beautiful location very close to the centre of the old town, more of Irish friendliness-a piece of home in Belgium and the highlights of Ghent.

Arrogant staff!

Had a very nice stay by giving good tips and offering extra services. The location was great and lovely for walking around an 89 - meter - tall Gothic cathedral. The staff was fairly friendly and extremely polite - I will come back.
