Loved the indoor pools and the fun retro vibe of the restaurant. Great location right across from the beach, near restaurants, bars, and bus stop.- Easy access to Spa area and other amenities.- Large and well-serviced breakfast until 10 am.- Very nice and helpful staff.

Shower flooding issue and dated furnishings in rooms and restaurant. Pool area needs improvement, but didn't bother us as we enjoyed the beach.

We were given big size and brand-new room with bathrobe and a balcony, for example. The breakfast was reasonable with large simple varieties of food and all the food was perfect.

The view from our room was simply breathtaking, with a spacious balcony that allowed us to soak in the jaw-dropping scenery. The hotel's location was amazing, giving us easy access to all the attractions. While the food was okay, it didn't blow our minds compared to other places we've been to. The rooms were clean, although the bathroom and balcony could have been a bit cleaner. The three small pools provided a fairly nice way to relax and unwind. But the standout feature was definitely the beds - they were like sleeping on clouds, incredibly comfortable and soft. In conclusion, we had a super satisfying stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

We liked the pool, and the breakfast was the best we'd ever had in Europe.

The hotel should not be advertised as "beach side." Hotel itself was overpriced, however the wellness center was reasonable. We were disappointed that, because we brought our pet, had to stay on the first floor which blocked much of the view.

Very nice hotel and service. Room is ok. Breakfest and dinner were perfect. Meduza Exclusive beach(included into room price - the only hotel which has this option in Portoroz) is very beutiful with perfect service. Swimming pool with Sea water.

We stayed at 3rd floor and there was no balcony on it, only starting from 4th. Beach is on other side of road, but it is at all hotels is Portoroz. Too much things in hotel that need to be paid extra, it is anoising. No free Wi-Fi, only 1 hour. It is ridicilus for such money not to have free access to internet. In total price for room could be lower.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. The hotel is also conveniently located near the boats parking, making it easy to explore the area by water. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who were always willing to help. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the hotel even offers additional services like car hire and dry cleaning. We felt truly pampered during our stay.

There is a road with high traffic between the hotel and the beach - it is very noisy. We booked a room with sea view (which was really beautiful), but it was so noisy because of the bars and clubs at the beach that we couldn’t sleep even with closed balcony doors!

IMHO the hotel is over priced for this time of year (i.e. pre-season). Some hotel facilities should be upgraded.
