Great spa facilities and stunning views. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the restaurant served delicious food with great service. The location was perfect for a romantic escape, with lots of nature to explore and a quiet atmosphere.

The staff's attitude towards the guests was quite poor, especially towards the elderly. The communication within the staff also showed room for improvement.

Amazing position, perfect for romantic weekend, and relax

From the moment you see the hotel in the mountainside you say Wow and this hotel did not disappoint it is in a beautiful peaceful setting with only the waterfall heard in the background, the rooms are well appointed although if you want to benefit from a rooms at the front of the hotel you need to have the mid price room or a suite as the classic rooms are located at the rear of the hotel. The pools and sun lounge areas are lovely both inside and out and the breakfast has something for everyone, book this hotel and enjoy a relaxing break, the only down side was we only booked for two nights and could have stayed longer! Will be counting the days until we return!

The hotel boasts indoor and outdoor pools with hydrotherapy features, providing a soothing experience for guests. the hotel is conveniently situated near attractions such as Dolceacqua and Apricale, offering plenty of opportunities for exploration.

Limited staff attention and lack of atmosphere and luxury detract from the overall experience.

The hotel is of a high quality. The staff is friendly nand helpful. The place is nice and beautiful. Spa and mud (fango) treatment are very good, hopefully helpful. The restaurant is great.

Breakfast is not on the level of the hotel, could and should be better. Restaurant suggests lunch and dinner for a fixed price. One may not take the full menue, but has to pay a full price anyway. Intenet is available only in the lobby, not in the room; it causes difficulties for working. The water in hydromassage pools is not hot enough, and it is the most serious reason why I don't think I will come back there.

The room 101, we took is with living room,it is a relaxing area for couples and/or families, the scenery is good, typical italian, romantic and solemn with piano playing artist while we eat dinner and breakfast was included.

TV is tooo small and old, needs to be replaced to upgrade a bit the room; Breakfast is slow when replacing the croissants, juices,glass, plates utensils. They do not serve coffee, unless you ask them; There's no milk for the cereals, you must ask them also before you get it. Maybe because of too many guests due to summer season. There are only three people looking after the breakfast area, but they stayed more in the kitchen than in the breakfast area. Also, we booked only for bed and breakfast, its our fault, we could have booked advance the spa massage , because they don't give you the time you want it if not reserved in advance. We enjoyed our stay, my husband and I, because it was our 8years wed anniversary. To go back there again, no, i would take somewhere else.

Decent Spa and Historic Location

This hotel may have decent spa facilities and a historic location, but that's where the good things end. The lack of signage, uninterested staff, and overall customer service made an already confusing arrival even more frustrating. Our room was stuffy and lacked basic amenities, and the bar and restaurant were overpriced and underwhelming. The pool had a strong sulfur smell and was uninviting. not worth the effort or expense.

Wonderful setting, spacious accomodation, everything one needs for a heathly holiday - indoor & outdoor pools - lots of treatments available and plenty of room to relax if you don't feel very energetic.

The service was sometimes slow, due no doubt to insufficient staff,( most of whom were friendly & efficient.) Of the 3 dinners we had, 2 were fairly good but one was poorly prepared and served.

Additionally, the staff at this hotel were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. They allowed me to use the spa facilities all day, even on the day of check-out, which added an extra level of convenience and relaxation.
