Its a nice looking hotel, good price and the staff very helpfull and friendly.
The location is an issue, as the surrounding area is a bit "third class", with nothing to do.
The location is pretty crap, you over look industry, but there is a distant view of Mount Olympus!
The location is good for a captive audience and the hotel is beautiful to look at from the outside.
Arrived at this hotel by car and was charged 8 Euros per day just to park it in the "HOTEL's Underground Parking".
Close to the Railway Station, and only 2km from the city centre.
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities fit us 2 tall people.

I had mentioned that I wanted a king/queen size bed, but presumably this 5star hotel didnt have.
Service is prompt and attentive, the rooms are large.

However, the service and hotel staff (at the front desk, including the manager) were terrible, unprofessional, and incompetent.
Great 5 * hotel a little of center city, very friendly staff and room service was ultra helpful.
After talking with 4 different hotel staff at the front desk, they still couldn't figure out their own bookkeeping system.
The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.
You need to ask for the key to get to it as they seem to host a lot of large groups of high school age students and evidently don't let them use the pool or gym facilities.
Checked out the indoor gym & pool, nothing special and avoided trying them out.
Nothing exciting about the lobby, though, from the outside, the Hotel looks pretty Grand!
Check in was very quick, staff very frienly, rooms and bathrooom very clean (5 star quality), breakfast above average (but not 5 star quality).
