Overview

The five-star Grand Hotel National Luzern is ideally placed right by the promenade in the heart of Lucerne, next to Lake Lucerne and the mountains.

This historic founded in 1870 by Cesar Ritz and Auguste Escoffier property features French renaissance architecture and modern facilities.

The spacious 41 rooms and suites are completed with mini-bar and telephone with voicemail.

There are six restaurants and bars that serve impressive range of international cuisines.

The front desk staff was amazing, room service was always prompt and efficient, the main restaurant provided excellent food.
The room was huge as was indicated by most other reviews on this site, the hotel was simply fantastic and the junior suite was spacious.
Good bar and their complimentary breakfast was great.

Our room's balcony had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains, we also tried one of the hotel's restaurants and were quite pleased. The staff were very attentive and bathroom was a generous size marble counters, floors.
