Grand Hotel Minerva Florence - 佛罗伦萨

As descibed, perfectly situated for all the sights set in a very picturesque location.

Very central location, well located near the main monuments and the best feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the rooftop terrace/pool.

Also, the location was perfect, close to everything and an easy cab ride to the airport.

One major moan - we used the Terravision shuttle bus from and to Pisa airport.

He even sent a taxi to pick us up) The taxi driver who spoke very little English and wasn’t connected to the Grand Minerva Hotel - Kept shaking his head at Hotel Mona Lisa.

Our room was one of the best I have ever stayed in with a lovely 4 poster bed, a dressing room and a bathroom that was almost as big as the bedroom.

The room (family suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths) was perfect for our family of 4.

The king bed is on the main floor and there is a bedroom upstairs with 2 twin beds and then an alcove with one more additional bed.

We booked a standard room with a long stay offer and we upgrade to a superior room: very spacious and clean, large bathroom with bathtub, the towels were thick and fluffy, and fresh ones were provided each day, tea&coffee maker on the writing desk.

Excellent 3 bed junior suite and good breakfast.

Furthermore the best breakfast buffet we have ever been offered was included in the room rate and the restaurant had great food.

Breakfast restaurant was also with great view of courtyard and variety of food, I have stayed typical Italian 4-star-rated hotels but this was the best.

A large marble bathroom, bar is fantastic and the breakfast is good.

Bar was delightful, breakfast was also excellent and bell hop & pool bartender were wonderful.

The front desk staff was somewhat uneven in service, but overall they were fine.

Don't expect warm or friendly service from reception or concierge.

The location was great, giving a welcome rest during busy schedule of sightseeing The staff were particularly helpful and the service was also fantastic.

The staff are very helpful and for example the front desk arranged for a doctor to come to our room to treat a case of severe bronchitis.

The best part of the hotel is definitly the roof top swimming pool and sun terrace.

The pool and terrace are a wonderful facility.

The Roof Terrace was super super super, breakfast service was excellent and the pool on the roof was lovely.

We had a classic double room, which was very clean and spacious (cleaned thoroghly every day including fresh linen).

The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was also very good.
