if you like to get good service for reasonable price,better to buy 3 stars hotel Roza next to Metropol and use all service of Metropol,as the food was the same in this two hotels and being of resident of Roza you could use all service of Metropol.

I would like to suggest some impovements: a). On the roof of the casino, they should put small stones to cover the actual metal shields. B) To clean and/or replace the lights outside, in the park.

Had a great city trip at this hotel! Loved the convenient location near popular attractions, and the friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the start. The rooms were modern and clean, with comfy beds and plenty of towels. We appreciated the variety of breakfast options and the on-site restaurant had amazing food. The pool was also a highlight, with a great view of the city and plenty of loungers. a fantastic experience!
Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The elevators were sometimes slow and crowded, which could be frustrating.

The hotel and the room was great
there was smell coming from toilet when you were in whirpools and the floors coul be clean also during the day and there were some stains the tablecloth in the dining room

Breakfast is excellent! Dinner is not a 5 stars worth, but one of a 'big' kitchen quality - not bad, but certaintly not good.

Breakfast was decent and there were a few good amenities available for use. The hotel is in a convenient spot by the beach and a casino. The terrace overlooks the sea, which was nice. The room was spacious and clean.
Most of the facilities were worn out and outdated. The beds were uncomfortable and the balcony lacked a place to hang towels.
