The rooms were neat, it was clean and good-sized venue. The staff was absolutely kind and exceptionally nice in all services. Loved our room that was also nicely upgraded in terms of decor and available with nice bed linen, balcony, closet or shelfs. Great and beautiful location, the private parking was available. Several stores and duty free stores were right next door.

Marvellous location and OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING staff members at reception desk. Found in the shopping area. Compact and new-fashioned room, exceptionally comfortable bed.

The units are recently renovated, extremely pleasant on higher floors. It has handy central location in the center or close to the main attractions.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - relatively close to a fortress palace. The airport was a 20-minute drive from the property. I had a classic room and it was comfy with balcony.

Lots of delicious breakfast items to choose from. Particularly good and ideal location in nice quiet area, near to all the best shops for leather goods and the restaurant for dinner twice and the duomo, accademia and ufizzi galleries;)))

The breakfast was delicious and awesome with a huge variety of food and hot drinks. Loved our rooms with balcony. The location was magnificent, at a moderate distance from Piazzale Michelangelo.

Exceptionally nice and perfect location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Piazza Santa Croce. Comfortable atmosphere, delicious breakfast with many options to eat.

The location in a nice quiet area was good and perfect and there were the Farmer's market and a market nearby. The rooms with tea or coffee, enough space to fit the bed, for instance were good sized and newly remodelled.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The breakfast provided a variety of options and was one of the best we've had during our travels. The hotel's location was convenient, with several small markets and local cafes and shops nearby.
