I just returned from this wonderful hotel, good service at a handsome price and the room was nicely furnished.
The hotel itself is situated in a beautiful location overlooking the lake and the room is furnished in lovely period antiques.

Excellent location for nearby Villa Taranto and the pier at Pallanza.
They arranged a mini bus to collect us from Malpensa airport and return for 300 euros.
The room was nicely furnished, with a comfy king size bed, modern bathroom and tub.
A twin bed, a very small TV set, 1 closet, a small bathroom with only a shower.
Our rooms were dark,small and a double room meant 2 single beds pushed together.
Runs the hotel in a very professional, the staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable.
The bed was spacious and bar were both clean and nice.
Breakfast was excellent and served in a beautiful restaurant overlooking the lake.
Breakfast is included and is far superior to breakfasts in other hotels.
The hotel puts on a lovely breakfast, but I would skip the overpriced and over-salted dinners in the restaurant.
We ate dinner in the nearby village of Pallanza where the food was fantastic at family run restaurants.
Staff are very well trained, the rooms are clean and the food in the restaurant is excellent.
The hotel is perfect and the reception staff are incredibly helpful.
The hotel is perfect, all of the front desk staff are very friendly and the dining room is a great barn.
The walk to the center of town was truly enjoyable, i found the hotel beautiful and elegant, whilst reception staff were so friendly and helpful.
The setting was lovely and concierge services were very good.
Their spa and pool is lovely, and there is a beautiful garden in which to sunbathe on loungers attended by delightful staff.
They gave us very valuable tips for parking in Milan for the sales and even the "garden boys" were exceptional in service, as were the management, who kindly noted a few suggestions of improvement from us.
