Central position excellent and nice hotel.
We are both seasoned travellers and quite hard to please but this hotel scored on all fronts:- Great location, fantastic rooms and service and quite the best meal we have ever had.
Highly recommend this hotel, excellent location within Utrecht and for day trips to other locations in Holland.
This hotel has an excellent location, short walking from the railway station.
The railway station is only several hundres yards away from hotel door.
It’s a short walk from the central rail station (head for the Trindebourch / Hoog OverBorch exits) down the escalator, cross the road and go 300 mtrs to the right.
The room overlooked a courtyard and had 6 windows, wooden floor, separate sitting area with TV, high ceilings and spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath.
The room has a marvellous bed, a great flat screen TV.
I stayed at the hotel only for one night, but i had time to appreciate the large room, the great bathroom (with bathrobes, many towels), the separate W.
The bed was very comfortable, drinks also was free.
The staff is very friendly and polite, the room was perfect: the beds are very comfortable.
We left our baby phone at the reception every evening while being in the restaurant, bar or bistro, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Very nice service, the luxury room and the many luvly faclities avalible from bar restaurant.
There were some misunderstandings when checking out since the restaurant meal had been added onto the bill for the culinary package (which would have meant a double meal bill if we had not spotted it.
Two restaurants, both busy with excellent meals, one having a Michelin star and you will see why.
The hotel is near the old section of town and two or three short streets take you to old canals which are lined with small restaurants, cafes, quiet bars and a nice selections of small interesting shops.
Warm welcome - superb service, friendly staff and good facilities in room - shower.
This hotel is amazing and the reception staff are friendly.
Lovely buildings sympathetically restored wihout losing style, prices adequate and reception staff were very welcoming.
Friendly staff and extremely nice employees.
The swiming pool-spa area is really nice, the hotel.
My only critcism was that I would have expected a hotel of this rating to have a swimming pool.
The one small downside is that you still pay for the parking.
The room was spotless and breakfast was superb as always.
