Free internet and the complimentary breakfast was delicious also.
The location is excellent, the hotel didn't appear old or worn to me and the rooms are very comfortable.

This hotel offers a very comfortable stay and extremely Friendly and Helpful Staff. Large room and free breakfast. A beautiful indoor garden/courtyard.

Excellent breakfast and outdoor pool.

The hotel rooms are very old, most front desk staff including manager has bad attitude and the air conditioning is noisy.

Location was good, easy walk to the malecon, an old hotel being refurbished constantly and based on the lobby I was expecting well maintained. The staff were more than helpful, our room was spacious, clean,quiet, reasonably priced and had a large bathroom, the breakfast bar only had basics, microwave oven, hot jug and 2 cups. Facilities included – terrific outdoor swimming pool.

Good location and excellent Value. Adequate for the money we paid, great SERVICE and our bathroom had a bathtub as well as a shower. The complimentary breakfast was delicious also.

Room was too noisy facing street on 2nd floor air con too noisy room too hot, the elevator was tiny.

A pool, and appears to be in a good location for tours and sights, best gym/weight room I have ever seen in a hotel. The service is excellent and and the free WIFI internet is for only an hour. The restaurant is excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, and prices reasonable.
