The beautiful L'Europe restaurant offers the finest in Haute cuisine, impeccably served in the lovingly restored Art Nouveau interior accompanied by live music. The buffet breakfast is served daily from 7am till 10.30am, dinner time Monday through Saturday from 7pm till 11pm, Tchaikovsky Evenings on Fridays, Sunday Brunch is served at 12.30pm till 4pm.

Caviar bar & restaurant offers Russian cuisine and is open 5pm to 1am daily and is famous for its superb selection of domestic and imported vodkas.

Lobby bar open 24 hours, daily and this is the place where you will find a list of cocktails, a wide selection of appetizers, light snacks, hot and cold drinks, and a collection of exquisite cigars from the humidor.

Rossi's restaurant presents Italian cuisine is open from 12pm to midnight, daily.

Mezzanine café is open from 8am to 10pm, daily that welcome to its soft natural light during the day or during the summer “White Nights” evenings and is famous with exquisite homemade Dominique's chocolate from the hotel's own chocolate factory.

Chopsticks restaurant presents Cantonese and Szechwan cuisine and is open daily from 12pm to 11pm.

Noble Assembly restaurant is famous with Authentic Russian cuisine and is open from 12pm to midnight, daily. Business lunch is served on Monday through Friday from 12pm to 3pm. This restaurant serves the best of authentic Russian cuisine such as Borsch and Solyanka.
