Location is perfect, reception staff helpful friendly, family run hotel.
The lobby was very nice, the staff we encountered had a very pleasant manner and were exceptionally helpful, the room was quite comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.
The room was very clean, breakfast was disappointing.

Not many English speaking stations on tv and other than the Tower, there is no other reason to be in Pisa. Also, lovely old bar man roberto.
