I have to say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the decorations were beautiful. The location was convenient, just outside of Rome, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
The breakfast menu could use a little improvement, but overall, my stay was fantastic.

I was staying for a conference,so I did not really had time to understand what was wrong, but I felt the staff was a bit rude, they look like if they where annoyed by us, the place is far from Rome,is ok if you must have a conference or a week end in relax at the spa.

We were here for a one night stay on the first day of our holiday in Umbria. There were eight of us (five adults, three children) and we were looked after very well. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed an very nice meal in the restaurant.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly accommodating and made our stay hassle-free. The hotel itself was beautiful, both inside and out, and the check-in process was smooth and organized. The dinner at the hotel's dining room was delicious and the wait staff was very professional. The hotel also had a great pool, perfect for families on vacation. I highly recommend staying at this gem of a hotel for a delightful experience.

Ideally located (close to our customer plant), not so far from Roma (35min). Guest room comfortable, clean and peaceful.
The hotel in general is a little bit old fashioned. It would need to become modern.

This hotel was a basic businessman's hotel and the rooms were ok.
However the area nearby is scruffy with lots of litter and graffiti.Nearby there were only take away pizza places so we chose to eat in the hotel and unfortunately had the worst meal we've ever had in Italy - tasteless and expensive. The hotel was empty and quiet as businessmen had all gone on holiday. To cap it all were awoken at 3.30am both feeling as if we were choking, we found that the wind must have changed and the sulphourous smell from the thermal springs was coming in through the air conditioning and was surrounding the hotel. We couldn't wait to leave.

Pleasant hotel, good sized swimming pool
Keep trying to sell more - internet is only free for one hour, then you pay 5€/hr or 36€/day! We challenged this and got it free as we booked through Booked.net. Towels at the pool cost 2.50€ each. Room quite small, location easy to find but not in a very nice area - need to drive out if you don't want to eat in the (expensive) hotel restaurant.
