The staff were extremely helpful for visitors new to the area, the hotel was well located between the towns of Como and the bedroom was air conditioned and the bed huge giving us the best sleep for years.

Their web-site is very accurate in describing the property, as we have car we found parking place in the hotel easy and the bed in double-room is really fantastic.

Excellent room, good breakfast and large spa pool.

Bad location for seeing the lake and very disappointing hotel. The lobby embarrasingly ugly and cold, nasty response from the front desk.

The location of the hotel was excellent for getting to the boat tours of the lake, very helpful and friendly staff were always there, internet was €12.50 for 24 hours and worked fine. Breakfast was good.
