  Great location stunning views, we were happily upgraded to a lovely junior suite overlooking the lake and we had a nice stay. Staff were excellent, raffael the concierge were just so kind and the room really was luxurious. The food was superb.

  View from bedroom excellent, we were upgraded to a gorgeous room overlooking the lake and our stay was very comfortable. The staff was fabulous and the concierge was very helpful. Bed was OK not great, the breakfast was very good.

  Perfect view and upholstered in pastel silks for the region is justifiably famous. This is a beautiful hotel, the building is wonderful and the interior is really amazing. Staff is pleasant and roberto the concierge is fantastic. Rooms are spacious, especially on the terrace in fine weather and there is a good choice at breakfast.

  The location perfect, across the road from the beautiful lake and i like every thing in this hotel starting from friendly staff in reception to all staff in this hotel. Seating area down in the lobby is very nice and the rooms are quiet and peaceful. Chips served complimentary in the bar/ lounge 4) Pretty grounds, the breakfast is very good and for a large Mexican all-inclusive this would be acceptable. Spa are excellent.

  Literally a 5 minutes walk into the small town square, views are fabulous and have stayed in many other Stresa Hotels. The interior is really amazing and staff is pleasant. My bathroom had hardly any water pressure took FOREVER for the water to get hot, chips served complimentary in the bar/ lounge 4) Pretty grounds and the breakfast is pretty good.

  The town of Stresa is wonderful, the location is ideal and the set menue good value for money. Also seating area down in the lobby is very nice, staff are friendly and attentive, the bathroom is beautiful. Breakfast is spectacular, the perfect start to our Italian vacation and the gardens are very extensive.

  Perfect view, fantastic hotel and nice building. Rather small for the price and beautiful interior in the lobby. Helpful and professional staff, quiet rooms, includes a gorgeous outdoor terrace.

  The location perfect, beautiful hotel and superb 19th century luxe decoration - modernised in keeping. Great staff and nice room. Breakfast is spectacular, massage in their lovely spa.

  Great location, lovely hotel and restaurant also excellent in a modern style. Service was good, our room was gorgeous and the food was fantastic as well. The staff were extremely courteous professional - typically Italian.
