The reception staff made us feel very welcome. The manager and waitressing staff worked very hard. They made sure that everything ran smoothly and kept smiles on their faces even at busy periods. The evening meal was very good value. There was a buffet with a good range of dishes or one could choose from a more limited menu ' a la carte'.
The facilities in the bathroom are in need of an update. The shower, toilet and sink basins are very tired and need to be replaced.

Room and bathroom spacious. Toilet seperated from the bathroom. Storage space for clothing. The terrace. A pleasure. Common space well kept; the elevator very welcomed. The maitre d'hotel of the restaurant very agreeable.
Impossible to have breakfast drinks served hot. The buffet format of the restaurant not to our liking. The hotel based on those there for the baths and not on other tourists. As a result service stops early.

Nothing.
Everything looks old, the rooms, the furniture, the lobby and would really need a refurbishment. The breakfast was very poor: neither the bread nor the croissants were fresh. The TV set did not work propoerly.

Don't bother eating here. Instead go to ceret or find take out in town. There's pizza and roast chickens and a great daily market. The hotel is a little bit of a faded glory situation but well located.

The advertising was not correct. The room was basic and had poor views, the English language was also very poor. In fact it wouldn't have taken any effort to have some tourist information in English. Also, tea making facilities in room would have made a difference as the communication just to have tea was also poor. We didn't enjoy the food too. We were very disappointed.
