The suite at Grand Hotel Bellevue was absolutely amazing! The room was spacious and the furniture was so luxurious. I loved having my morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the beautiful Tatras. It felt like a dream! As a family with kids, we couldn't have asked for a better room.

Personally, I found the lack of free balconies in the rooms overlooking the Tatras a bit disappointing. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Rich and great breakfast and a great selection of goodies. Good pool, parking on site. Nice staff interactions.

The location is marvellous and very close to the center of Stary Smokovec...

location: the hotel was just off restaurants and excursions and tatra mountains and rail station. the breakfast was rich and the parking was outside.

I got great value for my money at this hotel - the room was fantastic and the location was perfect. The staff treated me like royalty with their exceptional service.

Breakfast choices could have been improved with more variety.

Definitly not 4 star hotel, rooms and bathroom are to old and need reconstruction. Bar and restaurant too expensive when you consider a quality.

The view was amazing, and we were within walking distance to many attractions. The staff was pleasant, and we enjoyed the on-site pool.

The breakfast was subpar, and the room could have used a deep clean. we felt the hotel was overpriced for what we received.

Friendly and courteous staff, very good dining facilities and their close proximity to the nearby town of Stary Smokovec.

A very, very nice hotel. Quiet, clean, splendid mountains views, relax/wellness center, restaurant offering a great Slovakian food which is extremely cheap by the way, and many other extras were available during our stay. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We are going to recommend this hotel to our friends and will definitely stay in this hotel next time.

swimming pool closing to early, which is absolutely not convenient for visitors

Conveniently located near transportation, with spacious and well-maintained rooms offering stunning views. Helpful staff and a good dining experience. Newer rooms with modern amenities and a great wellness center. Good availability even in peak season. Decent breakfast and comfortable beds.

The shower is located cca. 1.2 m from bottom of the basin. Is not easy to use it.the basin itself is too high so to go in and out is dificult for people with hip joint problems.

The spa facilities were nice and the location is great if you are looking for a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. the hotel offered a range of interesting activities to keep us entertained during our stay.

The staff seemed bored and uninterested in their work, with the exception of a few individuals. The food could have been better, with some dishes being uninspiring.

During our stay at Grand Hotel Bellevue, we were delighted by the breathtaking mountain and valley views surrounding the hotel. It truly enhanced our experience in Vysoke Tatry. Additionally, the size of the rooms and bathrooms provided us with ample space and comfort. The hotel amenities, including the large swimming pool and wellness center, were also impressive. We enjoyed the opportunity to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The meals at the hotel's restaurants were delicious, especially the traditional Slovak dishes. The waitstaff were polite and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were a few drawbacks that we noticed. The main pool could have been cleaner, as it didn't meet our expectations for a four-star hotel.

The hotel's location on the edge of High Tatras is perfect. The facilities, including the spa and restaurant, are fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a range of activities to keep both adults and children entertained, such as bowling, table tennis, and basketball. The views of the mountains are beautiful. The breakfast is tasty and there is a traditional restaurant on-site.

Felt very relaxed, nothing to complain about.
