It is a gorgeous hotel and I loved its well-maintained rooms and welcoming personnel. The location is good, 2 miles from Menekse Beach. The property is in the interesting zone.

The rooms at Grand Hotel Avcilar are just perfect for someone like me who loves being close to nature. The modern furnishings and spacious terrace with city views made me feel like I was right in the heart of Istanbul's natural beauty. The free Wi-Fi and air conditioning were also a nice touch for a comfortable stay.

Personally, I found the minibar in the room to be unnecessary. But hey, that's just my preference and others might still enjoy having it.

Secondly, the room itself was new, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment to relax in. Lastly, the hotel's location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.

One small area for improvement would be the bed mattress and pillows, which could be more comfortable.
