The Grand Hotel Aminta is a four-star hotel in Sorrento overlooking the Bay of Naples.

It was opened in 1961, and since then has been continuously renovated.

The hotel offers free shuttle bus service to Sorrento downtown, which takes guests to Piazza Antiche Mura.

Traveling from Naples, take the A3 motorway to Penisola sorrentina. There are trains from Napoli Centrale and Napoli Piazza Garibald to Sorrento. The nearest airport is Napoli Capodichino airport. There is a bus service between the airport and the train station.

Getting around

Public bus the Sita connects the Sorrento’s train station to the downtown. Guests need to take line "S. Agata Via Nastro Verde" and get off at Piazza Antiche Mura, which lies a stone’s throw from the hotel. Guests travelling by car need to drive to the end of town center and follow Via Capo for 1km. Then proceed the Via Nastro Verde until you see the Hotel Aminta on the right hand side.

The view from the pool bar is amazing and you can easily spend all night just looking at, the hotel provide excellent transortation between to the centro a few kiometers way, the staff are brilliant and pamper to your every need.
