The view was incredible, beach were great and all in all this hotel was worth the money and we would defin. Also, the service was superb, all the Hyatt employees were willing to go out of there way to help you and the room was clean and towels and linens were checked twice a day. The food was just ok and lunch was from a menu and that was servied 7 and was good. Cocktail were excellent, the pools were nice, clean, and warm.

Pool area recently updated and its handy for a 10 minute ride to downtown. The hotel is nice and the lobby is absolutely beautiful, and that is just the beginning. The desk staff is excellent, large marble bathroom and the food in the restaurants is very good.

The ocean view was excellent, the pool was nice and the beach front was breathtaking, the hotel had a great location, too. The staff were pleasant and helpfull, our room was huge. The Mexican buffet at zapata's was especially good and the spa was modern and clean.

Location wise an excellent choice, great Hotel and no internet access available except in the lobby. Service at the pool is just ok, the rooms are big and any outside restaurant is much better. Red wines from chile are fine.

The beach area is nice and Acapulco is for exploring and the Hyatt is as good a base as any for doing that. The rooms are very very large and the Mexican people make great. The swimming pools are very nice, open and clean.

View, large balconies, food very good only ate at, the hotel pools were nice and staff were outstanding and attentive. The room was fine, breakfast was wonderful and concierge were great.

The entire hotel for that matter was very clean, the staff were great and the bathroom was also large and spotless. The towel service down by the pool was excellent and the food was pretty good especially on the Sabbath. Dinner was nice.

Anywhere for around 3.00 us, hotel room had a great and the water did not look too appealing. The food was excellent and the pools and grounds were very clean.

The restaurants are very nice we had dinner at the Mexican place and at the pescador by the sea, the food in Acapulco is very tasty.

Area were you get ice cubes is dirty and humid, cockroaches were seen, generaly talking the Pool staff is rude and careless, no high speed internet in room.
