Great views from the top of a hill and a comfortable bed with clean sheets made my business trip worthwhile. Italian coffee machine and good quality breakfast options were pluses.
The staff were poorly trained and unresponsive, not providing fresh towels or coffee cups and taking too long to respond to requests for simple things.

Stunning view of the mountains from this hilltop hotel. The hotel's interior design is impressive, and we loved wandering around and admiring the furniture and decor. The staff at this hotel were fantastic, from the welcoming front desk attendants to the professional spa staff. Breakfast was yummy and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.

Although the room was not very big, it was organized and the space was managed perfectly, the view from the balcony was spectacular; the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go there again. I highly recommend this hotel for people who would like to escape from the city and spend some quality time with Mother Nature.
The food was not that good.

During my xmas stay, I enjoyed the beautiful views from the hotel's location. The weather was great and I was able to take advantage of the outdoor activities that were offered. The hotel had two swimming pools and a tennis court available, which was a great way to spend the day. The breakfast that was offered was a great start to the day, and the variety of foods available was impressive.
The hotel seemed to be understaffed during my stay. The lack of employees created longer wait times, especially at check-in and during meal times.

I asked for a high level room with a nice view, but they gave me a room in the second floor with no view and said they have no room available, but when I refused to take this room they gave me another one with a better view in the 5th floor,

We had a fantastic time in Lebanon and were lucky enough to stay at a luxury property located in the bustling capital. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of the restaurant areas which allowed us to easily explore the city. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean, with an amazing view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a variety of delicious options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. The pool was great too!
The internet connection was a bit weak.

Stunning views of the mountains and excellent facilities make this venue a luxury escape. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi and exclusive private facilities exceeded my expectations. The stylish bar/lounge area was perfect for a relaxing drink, and the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities that met my luxurious needs.
One minor issue was that the service was understaffed, which led to waiting times for breakfast and drivers taking longer to arrive. However, this did not outweigh the luxurious advantages that the hotel offered.
