Locality, Cost, Amenities

The rooms were very nice and clean and very well equiped with everything you need for a few nights stay, staff were very help full. and the location of the hotel was very good the only thing i didnt like was the pool and lesure facilitys were not very good.

when i checked in i wanted to use the pool and steam room but i was told they were only for long stay guests and i would need an induction. i was not happy with this because i booked the hotel for me to swim and use the steam room.

It was fantastic as we have 3 young kids and they were able to have a run around and not be cramped to have every there what we needed and not leave our apartment. Would make sure we stay more then 1 night!! We will be back.

Location in Docklands was great, close to public transport, restaurants, shops etc. Room was very comfortable with a nice view. Would definitely stay there again.

We were in a 2 bed unit with only one bathroom, which was a little cozy with 4 people staying in the unit. For some people, this might be an issue, but we managed.

Very handy location and great views and plenty of room for two adults and two children.The kitchen and facilities were very functional and saves going out for all meals.

Beds were abit hard for 50 year old runners backs.!

Excellent for transport to city and tennis (Australian Open) Very quiet.

Units badly planned, bedroom and bathroom very small, kitchen badly planned, but living area huge.

lack of coat hangers , drawers in 2nd room and I had expected the apartment to be serviced

Apartment well located to public transport and Ethiad Stadium at end of street, ideal for football! Harbour close proximity as was Southern Cross railway station..great for ease to Zoo and other train excursions.

Unfortunately whilst the decor was modern and well laid out the beds were very hard and uncomfortable my daughter chose to sleep on the comfortable couch as an alternative.

The High standard of the apartment and the helpful staff. Nice view from balcony. Essential electrical appliances all included. Close to tram station.

Baggage storage not very secure at the receptionist....

The girls in the office were very helpful (even answering our silly questions) the value was excellent as we were upgraded.The bathroom just needs abit of bleach on grout ect and the air vents need good clean.But yes we would stay again,as it is very easy to around.

I like that area of town. I love the free tram stop just out side.

The room was dirty, the couch was worn out. I requested a room with a view if possible, I understand that you cant please every one in that regard, but we were put into a two bedroom unit and the main bedroom actually has zero view! I would have actually preferred a "single" room as booked. The kitchen tap mixer leaked water all over the bench, a maintenance person had "attacked" it with thread tape prior to our arrival, that was never going to work. A plumber he or she is not.

Excellent location. Terrific off street parking. Rooms were roomy and facilities very good.

Fairly close to Convention Centre.

Very difficult to find the office. It is actually an apartment block which rents out overnight rooms but the office is not in the apartment block.

Great location close to restraunts and shops.easy walking distance to city centre. Excellent location for public transport and the free circle tram. Spacious and comfortable apartments.

Due to building works outside it is not so quiet in the morning!

I got an up grade, which from the day I had made a great finish to my day.

The Air con was noisy and didnt heat the room up. I end up pulling the blanket of the other bed to keep warm at night.
