The hotel's location on the lakefront was stunning, with a beautiful view from our room's balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The breakfast is generous, the service is excellent, and the location is close to an art museum. The hotel offers stunning views and spacious rooms, and we were very pleased with our suite. It's just a 20-minute walk to the lake.

The furniture is dark. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Verace that was only 10 minutes' walk away...

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Monte san salvatore is just 1 mile away, we could easily reach it. An easy walk to Ristorante Beirut, where you can have lunch.

Location of the Hotel was perfect, right on the edge of the lake with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains.However the Hotel was quite dated from the exterior.

The Buffet breakfast & service was appalling, very limited choice for breakfast, the waiting staff were very poor and were not attentive. We had to ask for fried eggs, there was no menu and we were not offered a choice of eggs for breakfast. We had to continually get up and go in search of staff to ask for tea, coffee, etc. Overall very disappointing and not what you expect from a 5 star hotel.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was conveniently situated close to the funicular which offered breathtaking views of the surrounding region. it was right on the waterfront, allowing for stunning views from the rooms. the hotel was easily accessible as it was located just next to the #1 bus line that connected to central Lugano to Paradiso.

The hotel lacked modern amenities and could benefit from a refurbishment in order to meet today's standards.

Very personalized attention from all staff. Welcoming lobby. Upgraded my room, arrival flowers, lovely balcony with spectacular view. Oasis restaurant had excellent cuisine and outstanding view. Internet broadband, location

Amazing Lake View and Romantic Ambiance. The terrace and Lounge bar were the best places to enjoy the perfect panorama. The location was also excellent, being close to the city's attractions and restaurants. Another advantage was the impeccable service received from the friendly staff.

The decor was a bit dated in some areas of the hotel. The rooms and some parts of the hotel had a vintage look that some might not appreciate.

The main dinning room. The menu was not up to par for an hotel of this category and after eating there once the menu, (not the service, which was excellent) did not entice you back to the dinning room.

Room rates are very high to the design of the hotel. Shower was not comfortable. No variety breakfast comparing to the room price.

The indoor swimming pool, health club, and spa & wellness centre are top-notch, while the restaurant and bar provide excellent dining options. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation and stunning views of the surroundings. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished and equipped with exclusive facilities.

The only minor issue we encountered was the quality of the sheets. Although they were clean, they were not as crisp and luxurious as one would expect from a 5-star hotel.

Very nice hotel and the staff very helpful

Very good location facing Lugano lake ,clean nice rooms ,no coffe maker in the rooms which is not usual in 5 stars hotel , all the staff in the reception ,conceirge and others in the resturant were very helpful and so cooprative , The only negative point that the rate of the the rooms is high but this is Switzerland
