Great location, helpful staff, and comfortable beds. The hotel is located within walking distance to major attractions and public transportation. Staff was always welcoming and ready to assist with recommendations and directions. The beds were cozy and the room had all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable.
The hotel could use some updating, particularly in the bathroom and elevators. The bathroom fixtures were outdated and could have been cleaner.

Staying at this hotel was an unprecedented luxury experience. The exclusive amenities provided in the room surpassed all my expectations. The attentive and friendly staff provided exceptional service, attending to my every need with poise and professionalism. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was an exquisite experience; from the quality of the ingredients to the presentation of the dishes, every detail was impeccably executed. The bar and lounge area was sophisticated and comfortable, providing a perfect atmosphere for afternoon tea or evening cocktails.
The hotel's location is the only imperfection that I encountered. The noise from the street below filtered into my room at night, even with the soundproof windows shut.

The location of this hotel is superb! It is right across Milan's fabulous department store, The Rinascente, and offers easy access to the famous Leaning Tower. Some previous guests have mentioned that the beds in the rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were pleasant. The front-desk staff are professional and helpful, providing excellent service.
There have been complaints about the outdated and worn-out furnishings in the rooms.

Great location near shopping and dining, comfortable rooms with modern amenities. The hotel offers a rooftop bar with amazing city views and their breakfast buffet was a wonderful start to the day. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for local eateries and attractions.
The hotel was a bit pricey and the Wi-Fi was spotty at times. The elevators were slow and crowded, especially during peak hours.
