Clean hotel, thoroughly enjoyed to be really close to three major tram lines M5 M6, the tram which is convenient to get into Alexanderplatz and all transport network thanks to nice location. Free breakfast served at the restaurant. I booked modern standard queen room here with 21st century quality breakfast as well as fridge and microwave. The staff were extremely friendly and decent all the time.

Gorgeous hotel that has nice location to the public transport. Spacious rooms, free breakfast. Nice food at breakfast served in the restaurant. Location just next door to three major tram lines, main tourist attractions, and the tram. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Forckenbeckplatz.

I had such a great time staying at this hotel! The location is fantastic, not far from the center and just minutes away from public transports. The tram station is so close that you can easily get around day and night. The room was excellent, spacious, and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find a bathtub and a water boiler, which were not listed in the ad. The staff was really helpful and I always felt well taken care of. Plus, there are some awesome kebab shops along the way, perfect for a late-night snack after a night out.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family. The staff could have been a bit more friendly, but overall they were polite and helpful.
