I suppose this was at their discretion depending on the busyness of the hotel, but overall we were very happy with the service, location, accommodation and price.
The location is excellent, the hotel is well situated and staff are friendly.
Good location and i liked the lcoation of the hotel in proximity to attractions.
We found the location convenient and quality of room was to a reasonable standard.
Handy to city, the hotel location is great.
As I live out of the Launceston area and location was the main reason plus is nice to stay in a upper class hotel.
Our room was very comfy, lovely big bed, adequate bathroom, nice and quiet - basically everything you needed for a busy weekend.
Surprisingly, when we came back after visiting some tourist spots, though the room was already tidied up, the wrappers were still around, at the same time, as we had 2 double beds in the room, the other bed was not done up.
Rooms are big, comfortable and well laid out with large beds, but still don’t put a power point up above the work desk for laptop, mobile phone chargers etc.
It still had just the in room air conditioner (I asked the manager about it - apparently it's the same in all of the rooms).
Very handy to the city, the location of the Hotel is superb and two comfortable double beds in the room.
Impressive lobby area, very professional staff and a very good restaurant, which also serves the best breakfast I’ve had while traveling around Tassie.
Breakfast was very good as were the two evening meals we had there.
Additionally good staff were supportive, rooms were clean and food in restaurant was very nice.
Restaurant has a simple menu, convenience in booking on-line / value for money / international standard and comfortable facilities.
The breakfast is excellent but expensive at $25 each if you don't get it included in the deal.
The price for booking online was excellent, reception staff were very nice and the room was very comfortable.
The lobby is beautifully appointed and the service from the front desk was excellent.
An older gentleman (services manager) assisted with our luggage and was most obliging.
The services manager told us about their new club lounge on the top floor which sounded marvelous however we were short for time to use this facility.
Free in-house movies and free parking were small things that made a big difference.
Location and price of the gym (see my tips below).
The gym is located at another hotel, approximately 5-10 min walk away.
Our room was clean and fire in bar was great.
Really enjoyed the clean and spacious room.
Service provision was excellent, room was very comfortable and clean.
Furthermore the room is great and the clean white sheets after walking the overland track.
The room amenities were very good and the room was clean and comfortable.
