  Excellent internet connection and meals are good.

  Other services like in 4 stars hotel and the house keeping is very bad. Staff are too busy to be attentive or helpful.

  Closed to the shopping center, cab to Taksim Square is about 13TL and the hotel is easily accessible and located in the heart of Istanbul. For the price should be a lot better, the lobby is very spacious and staff are very efficient and attentive. Room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is excellent. Pool is nice.

  Away from tourist areas and very nice hotel. Very bad interiors and staff were helpful. My standard room was huge, the elevators were punctual and daily refreshment of tea & coffee bags also was very convenient.

  Not far from good local food shops, clean Hotel and the lobby was big and beautiful. The staff were great, the suite of furniture was large enough and i liked the breakfast was tasteful.

  Concierge were not helpful in carrying bags and the outdoor pool was closed on a hot Sept afternoon.

  The hotel reception desk was poorly staffed for a lare event, the staff were very helpful as well and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was perfect.

  Overall probably one of the best hotels we stayed at in Turkey, the room was expertly cleaned each day and the bed was decent enough to sleep on, breakfast was fine.

  Very clean and neat rooms, breakfast nice.

  The hotel staff were unpleasant, reception people were not very friendly.
