  Good location, nice place and we liked the easy going atitude of the staff and the comfortable chairs. Bed wasn't too bad and excellent food choices.

  View was excellent, the value for money offered at this hotel was exceptional and service was friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was acceptable, the breakfast was very good.

  Location of the shops was a big bonus and the hotel was convenient to stay before using the eurotunnel the next day. Staff were incredibly friendly, room was okay clean and the swimming pool was great to use in the morning before breakfast.

  Only minutes from the old shopping area in Folkestone and good value. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms well furnished, the breakfast was reasonable and very edible.

  Great location for shopping in folkstone and very nice hotel. The staff were helpful enough and our room overlooking the harbour was fantastic. The food was very good.

  The view from the room was wonderful, the walks around the hotel were very pleasant and the staff were always very helpful. The bed was hard, creaked and there was no shower in the bathroom just a bath, food was excellent.

  Very good value for money and staff were efficient. The room was lovely and light and the bed was very comfy, food was 3* not bad at all.

  The fumes from the dirty swimming pool were overpowering in all the public areas and pillows were old.
