When we complained to the hotel staff they offered to spray the room for bugs and replace our linens, but when on vacation no one should have to deal with these maintenance issues, particulaly for the amount of money being spent.
We stayed for a whole week for what two nights in a nice hotel in the area would have cost us.
Excellent location with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.
The location is excellent - very convenient to Theme Parks and pool is nice stay is very helpful.
The location was perfect for access to all of the theme parks in Orlando and the Grand Beach was a beautiful hotel - extremely clean.

We were on Rt 535, very close to Epcot and convenient to the airport.
2 King rooms with large 2 person whirlpools and a 2-single bed room.
The rooms have two master suites and one room with 2 twin beds.
Two bedrooms have king-size beds and private bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs.
The condos are nice sized, 3bed/3bath,full kitchen/living area and washer/dryer in the room!
Master bedroom was very big with a nice king size bed large jacuzzi tub and nice shower.
We tended to eat breakfast and dinner in as much as we could and it was sure great to have a full kitchen and a large table.
In addition, you can save a ton of money by eating breakfast and dinner at home and keeping snacks in the fridge!
We also did not partake of the free offer of breakfast and gift.
We did accept the invitation to the free breakfast.
The resort is located only 5 minutes from Disney, not even 10 minutes to Sea World, close to several outlet malls, good restaurants and grocery stores.
The front desk concierge staff were great and bathroom towels were good as were the products.

My two kids (13-14) had a great time at the pool and spa.
Oh, and one of my favorite things was the elevator right at the parking garage.
I wasn't convinced that I was getting the real story and when I walked over there, only one man was there using his computer to connect to the internet (wireless) and not watching TV at all.
It was wireless and it worked quite well.
The staff was awesome and our rooms were very clean.

Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms with all the trimmings.
Liked the room, the kitchen was nice and 2 pools were very clean.
The maintenance staff also goes out of their way to be helpful and the rooms are very spacious and clean.
