Grand Azur Horizon Hurghada - 洪加達

Additional to that it is very close to the airport (only 7km) and only one km from down town!

We had an in-room safe and a fridge that was re-stocked each day with soft drinks and bottled water.

Our room was large, drinks were included as well.

During our stay there I never saw a Russian wash their hands after going to the toilet.

The room was huge, but the construction was like putting a band-aid over a gaping wound.

Almost daily the "maintenance crew" would knock on our door and say they had to check on the toilet, lights, etc.

If you wanted a drink with your meal you had to go out of the restaurant to the bar and negotiate another long queue.

At meal times (unless you were prepared to eat after 10 at night) there were long queues for a table at both restaurants.

We did enjoy the variety in restaurants and having different places to eat.

Resort has recently gone mandatory all inclusive Breakfast was ok but lunch and dinner were almost ineadable.

The food was ok, breakfast was a bit of a scrum but dinner was better if you went to the Italian, the staff were great - especially if they knew you were British, they loved speaking to us and treated us very well.

The customer services at reception was a joke!

Quant à la nationalité des vacanciers, le staff n'en est pas responsable et doit subir pas mal de vexations de leur part.

From my experience this resort is very causy and wonderfull ,the services are excellent and you can by involved in resort activities form 8 am till 1 am next day.

The sea water was warm and the service was fine.

They seemed to have plenty of lounge chairs at the beach and were okay around the pool.

Maybe it is all perspective, but I could really get used to having a vacation where I don't have to lift a finger in cleaning or fixing food!

We didn't have any such problems though I did see a couple of tiny ants near one of the elevators.

The hotel is very clean and rooms are fairly good.
