  I liked the location and near to bus. Hotel staff very friendly and perfect correlation between price. Beautiful museums, clean and comfortable rooms in a quiet street, a great cafe nearby that has been in business since the '70s.

  Warm rooms perfect location, the friendly staff will be more than willing to call you a cab and this created a very welcoming experience at the hotel. Interior are pretty good and service are great. Bed are very comfortable, lots of nice bars to sit outside and the choice is not wide.

  Just go to a cafe nearby and the pillows may have been awkward for me. Also toilet is very cramped & conjusted, breakfast is expensive - we went out for.

  Located on quiet street and within comfortable walking distance to Sol. Furthermore i loved the location and great Hotel. Other then that was pretty poor for the price and the staff were very helpful.

  WiFi connection was excellent in lobby and for me the room was a bit too warm. The bar was nice, there was no complimentary coffee or tea.

  2 minutes from pleasant square for outside relaxation, very well situated and good value for money. Staff very friendly and clean rooms. Nice bar and great latex pillows. Extensive buffet breakfast and there was easy access to local shopping.

  Parking in the street was available, location was decent and nice place to stay as was within walking distance of all city ammenities. Staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and the computer itself was ancient and slow. The breakfast was good.

  Quiet area in Madrid, nice hotel and the friendliness of the helpful staff. Very clean room and the most comfortable pillows I've known. Breakfast is good.
