Always coming back. Forgot my shower bag on first stay, staff helped me return it. Perfect place. Has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, restaurant, airport shuttle. No pets, AC, non-smoking rooms. Coming back for xmas.

Enjoyed Chitose, the hotel was pretty standard and absolutely fantastic very close to the airport less than 10 minute drive. We were in a favourable location at a moderate distance from Chitose Inter Golf Club.

The rooms comfy and compact with comfortable enough beds and the heating, as for instance. The staff were very efficient and genuinely helpful and assisted us with free parking. Favourable and absolutely perfect location just off the airport at 6 am and restaurants and a taxi ourselves, only 5 minutes walk from Aoba Park. Good value for money and adequate breakfast with continental options, hot drinks.

We had a great stay at this hotel near the airport and JR Chitose. The location was so convenient, and we especially loved that the hotel offers free bicycle rental for 3 hours. It would be even better if they extended the rental time to 5 hours, as we wanted to explore the Chitose Salmon Aquarium. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options. a pleasant experience.

The public bath can get crowded during peak hours.

Its location was decent and perfect, adjacent to more restaurants and a shopping mall as well as Shin-Chitose airport. The very efficient and genuinely helpful staff made our experience very good!
