The hotel was fairly clean, there were very welcoming and really good staff and perfect breakfasts. The room was freshly decorated, and new-fashioned, with an air conditioner, a small mini fridge, and a safe I needed.

It took only 5 minutes to walk to Orient Beach bus stop. The staff were amiable, we had an easy check-in process. Everything was perfect, including perfect breakfasts with chicken and rice dishes and steak.

The place was clean and staff was amicable. The room was recently renovated, air conditioned and complete with a huge shower, a good bed, the bedroom.

The setting was bad.

Clean and brilliant hotel with awesome and brilliant location away from tourist areas. Perfect and very good breakfast with the grill and fresh fish, as for instance prepared by very good staff. Restful experience there.

The location is fantastic, with the beach just a short walk away and plenty of shops nearby, making it convenient for guests. The rooms are comfortable, with spacious balconies that provide a calming oceanic feel. And the breakfast options are satisfying, with a variety of choices to start your day.

All aspects of our stay were absolutely fine.

Overall had really good stay in September. The room was kept very clean and available with bedroom, a kitchen, for example.

The food was fine

There isn't airconditioning. The cleaning service doesn't work as well as we hope.

We loved the pool which is nice even for young kids but if you want some shade there is no parasol unless you use your own.

-Unfriendly, unpleasent , terrible attitude from receptionists who are not Spanish. -Not having enough baby coat in the hotel. -Cleaners are basically "suffering from amnesia", they do not doing their job professionally -visibly there is no communication between receptionists and cleaners(on our leaving day when we suppose to leave the room till 12h00 Noon a cleaner entered with her key at 9h00am without knocking, I was in underwear!!) -in the restaurant people are working very hard they are nice but the food is very poor and tasteless .

Recently renovated room with a very classy decor. Particularly good and fab location really close to beach bars and restaurants, could not be better.

Good value for money and extremely pleasant units with a phone and fresh towels plus a pull out bed, very friendly employees.

Not so great area.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail here is impressive, from the well-kept rooms with spacious balconies to the daily cleaning service that ensures everything stays spotless. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive.

Absolutely nothing.

The worst hotel in the world!!! Everything were dirty,filthy and horrible!!! There was a mouse in our room! And rain from the cailing in the wc. And dirty forks and plates in their "restaurant" (food was disgusting of course)..etc etc. Avoid this hotel.
