Location and the relaxed feeling, near all the parks. Beautiful hotel in fantastic surroundings, small town and all the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Our room was lovely and tapa Bar was excellent very friendly. The buffet breakfast was amazing, pool was nice.

Rooms were luxurious surroundings, the place was not kept clean and the staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. Our junior suite was okay not luxuriios huge breakfast very good, the food was well presented and provided a wide choice, the swimming pools were excellent &.

Just the view no heating in bathroom and friendly stuff. Excellent rooms and restaurants, also brilliant breakfast, the incredible pool.

I recomend the old town for the shopping and restraunts etc_overall a wonderful 3 days away, very bad service.

The pool areas are spotless & beautiful, alot of thought has gone into the planning of areas and hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are fantastic the facilities are second to none and gym is great.

The views over the golf course, Benidorm and the sea beyond was fantastic, one of the best hotels ive ever stayed at everything was just brilliant. The room was very nice, the breakfast buffet was also good and the swimming pools were incredible.
