Gran Hotel Soller - Sóller

Soller is a beautiful area and the hotel location is just right in that is close to the town centre.

Rooftops of a lovely town, a choice of excellent resturants in other nearby and nice location in the heart of beautiful Soller.

Fantastic location in centre of Soller, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and the staff were excellent.

An elderly or less fit person would have struggled to do it in less than 90 minutes and once you are out and about taxi's do not just appear the way they do in the UK.

She told us It would take an hour to walk it and we would need a taxi to get there.

Spotlessly clean rooms, marble bathrooms, attentive maid service, which includes rolling down your bed in evening, and a surpise sweet on your pillow.

The rooms are small, but have clean, modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds with crisp linnen.

5 star hotel, in a beautiful area of Majorca, spectacular scenery hotel is very modern,spotlessly clean rooms, we had a 2 bedroom suite, for 2 adults and 2 children.

If your budget stretches, go for a suite: we were booked into room 108, ground floor with an large terrace overlooking the garden, with seperate lounge, spa bath, stunning floor to celining panneled doors and masses, masses of room.

The room and the bathroom were decorated to the highest standard and the whole of the hotel is very well appointed and maintained.

The staff were friendly throughout and the food - both in the restaurant and breakfast - was very good.

Breakfast is served in The Bar Atico, on the roof.

The only disappointment was that breakfast was only available in the restaurant on the ground floor.

Very good food in the restaurant - children catered for too and the wine selection more than adequate.

Palma is approx 35 euros in a taxi and if you want to enjoy fabulous food in Palma the restaurant in the Hotel Portixol is our recommendation.

In a beautiful area of Majorca, very helpful hotel staff and attentive maid service.

Hotel staff were very friendly and informative, helpful and the service was very good.

We were not peeved with the chap at reception as perhaps he had not walked to the port (many of the staff are not originally from Soller) and laughed our socks off at his idea of 20 mins and a restaurant at the port.

The pool on the roof was too cold for swimming but the pool in the spa area was great.

There is also a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi (went green for some reason on the last day!

The spa and swimming pool were pleasant to relax in, especially good on rainy days.

The rooms in the hotel were nicely appointed and very clean and modern.

The rooms were on the small side, however they were very clean and nicely decroated.

Furthermore the Staff were friendly and the room was clean.
