Definately not worth the price and no where near the stanard of a 4 star hotel!
The hotel is easy to access by car but the location is not perfect for down town visits.
Good location for visiting city and the sites.
The location was pretty bad considering how much you pay for it.
There are taxi stands and a bus stop nearby.
To go to Alhambra you will have to take a taxi or take the tourist bus.
The room was great, spacious, quiet, and clean with an excellent bathroom.
I am unsure as to whether the previous reviewer was unlucky in his choice of room or whether there has been a re-fit ince then but the rooms were clean, everything worked and we had no complaints.
The room and bathroom are well maintained and clean.
The hotel faces the street and freeway so if you want a quiet room then ask for one with a window facing the interior courtyard.
I felt the air conditioning in my room was not so powerful.
The restaurant buffet breakfast was disgusting, and the dining room messy and dusty.
There is also a hypermarket opposite the hotel as well as numerous shops, restaurants and banks nearby.
Restaurant very expensive and much better value food available in the town.
Even the included breakfast was varied and edible.
There is a buffet breakfast in the morning.
Staff were generally pleasant a couple on reception could have been more charming.
The reception staff was horrible and unwilling to help.
The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
The only negative point I would make is that it is used a lot by tour groups and the service is reasoanble but soulless.
The hotel pool was nice but slightly small.
In fact, the hotel was clean comfortable and with all the amenities you might expect from a 4 star hotel (including a swimming pool with towels provided).
Please note that the pool is not open until late June/July which I found odd as temparatures were late 20's and 30's.
The rooms were ok-maybe a little torn and worn- carpets were not really clean.
The rooms were however very comfortable and clean but on the whole it failed to give us a good picture of Granada.
