The location for Vitoria-Gasteiz was quiet and ideal, short walk to the outskirts of town, the downtown area and a 30min walk / tram to the town centre. The staff were affable and really helpful and the facilities provided were good!

The views at this hotel were superb. The staff was welcoming and polite, helped with every request.The location couldn't be more marvelous for the IronMan event.

My stay at Gran Hotel Lakua was delightful. The spacious and well-appointed room had an abundance of lights and switches, creating a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was a highlight, with ample space and a variety of complimentary amenities. The hotel's location, though not in the city center, was easily accessible via a short walk or tram ride. The friendly and accommodating staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I had a great experience at this hotel.

I was allocated in the room nr 143 non smoker but this room was previously a smoker room but weas converted into a non-smoker room but the tabacoo smell is still there imprignated

Good environment, helpfulness, everything was simple.

The room was spacious and clean, providing plenty of space for me to relax after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the main road network and ample parking available. the friendly and welcoming staff made my stay enjoyable.

There were no nearby restaurants or bars, forcing me to venture out and find alternatives. The hotel's own restaurant and bar were overpriced and lacked atmosphere.

The room & bathroom were very comfortable & they have a locked garage very useful as we were travelling with expensive luggage

No restaurants nearby & only 2 expensive menus + expensive a la carte in the restaurant, which had little atmosphere. Otherwise there was a cafeteria - full up[ with families so good for them but not so good for us.

room too small for amount of furniture - claustrophobic. 10 minute wait to be seated for breakfast and rude staff. Bath dirty.

We were there for 1 day, everything was good, greatly enjoyed its marvellous and comfortable location near to a 30min walk / tram, the centre, and the outskirts of Vitoria.

Nothing it is perfect.

I liked the decor and the rooms were very good. The breakfast was superb - a tremendous choice and the staff even offered to cook a breakfast if we wanted. The bar staff were also very good.

The location means that it is not within walking distance of any shops, bars etc. which means if you need to eat at the hotel unless you drive or take taxis. The restaurant did not open until 8.30 for dinner (as with most spanish hotels) and as this is rather late for us to eat we ate in the hotel cafe which was not very satisfactory - tapas based but no hot dishes at all. The cafe is rather basic and bare and is not a convivial place to spend an evening.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant served amazing meals.- Huge rooms with nice facilities.- Superb views.service.- Particularly good location close to the main road network and central area.

This hotel is perfect for business travelers, it offers many amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great air conditioning and free parking. The staff is helpful and can offer recommendations for nearby restaurants. The breakfast is extensive, offering a variety of options. Location-wise, it is easily accessible from the main road and close to the city center.

The restaurant is very expensive, and the bar area lacks atmosphere. While there is a cafe on-site, it did not offer a good selection of food.

realy luxury hotel to reasonable price! With very big and nice bathroom, Good position to go to the airport.

Attention when ordering shattle bus from airport! I orderedit ( and get a confirmation ). Than I was waiting more than 20 min on the airport calling 2x the hotel. ...arriving late in the evening ( 23:30 to Vitoria ) not very nice experience + I paid the taxy by my self. Check well the invoice when checking out, I found two additional positons wrongly charged on my invoice... ( + one breakfast + VAT on transfer and minibar .... )
