Hotel Gran Bali Benidorm - 貝尼多姆

This hotel is situated in a very quiet location with not much night life round about.

It is also in a prime location situated slightly away from Benidorm town centre.

Quite location but easy to get into Benidorm approx 10 minutes by bus for a more busy nightlife or you can take a short stroll to the beach which has many restaurants and bars of which alot are englsh owned.

We paid for a taxi from the airport to the hotel and it is a flat fee of 60 euros.

I recommend the transfers as taxi is 58Euro from the airport to the hotel.

It was surprising how quiet the rooms were considering there were so many people staying there which was helped by having a door between bedroom and passage way to bathroom and room door.

Our room was small when you try and squeeze a family of four into a room along with 2 single beds, a cot and a sofa bed we were very disappointed by this.

The rooms were nice with mini bar, large tv, plenty of space to store clothes etc and the bathrooms had a shower and a bath.

18th floor of the older part of the hotel which was fantastic the room was quite nice but the bathroom was great a bath plus seperate shower hairdryer tiled walls black & gold, stunning.

The standards of cleaniness in the rooms is disgusting - cleaned only once in the full week and at that the bed linen was never changed (used to staying places where this is changed every other day) and as for the towels.

Food is main restaurants is awful from breakfast to evening meal, service is rubbish as well.

The facilities in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and supper were good and, as vegetarians, we found that the choice was excellent.

The food was OK, but I was glad we were only dining there for breakfast and lunch - and believe me three days was enough of their food.

Breakfast can be a bit caotic if you left it until late but there are 2 restaurants to chose from.

But they have made an extremely good attempt at providing for us demanding Brits by arranging alternative English Entertainment and international cuisine (including full english breakfast).

The bar service was good and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

All the staff from reception, restaurant, bar & maids were pleasant & helpful.

The reception staff are superb, the maids are nice and rooms beds to be clean comfortable.

They were very unhelpful, could hardly speak English and always came up with the same excuse ie "no comprendi", for a 4 star hotel you would expect the reception staff to be much more friendlier.

We were very dissapointed at £6 charge for half hour in the gym,and outside pool freezing cold.

I though that as it was so busy it would be difficult to get into a lift but this didnt seem to be a problem maybe in peak season it could be, the lifts are very small but hey how often do you really spend in a lift!

Sometimes a lift would be out of order for half a day but there were 6 lifts so it was never a problem for us.

The maid was in every day and left the room spotless - clean towels every day.

Our room in the old building on the 18th floor was clean and tidy, the hair drier provided actually dried my hair and the view from the balcony was fabulous.

The hotel was very clean, the food was exellent and the room we stayed in was beautiful.

The room was clean and the bar staff were really nice.
