Basically 's nowhere near Benidorm centre, very Nice Hotel and staff very helpful and friendly. Room was big enough for our family of 4, good bathroom, air con nt the best.

Our view was of the beachfront, and was spectacular at night, the hotel was great value as we paid £317 each inc flights. Staff were friendley and polite, room was cleaned everyday and clean towels supplied, the choice was good.

Up to the room and found had a great view and was very spacious, the food was of a reasonable standard, and we did not go without any meals throughout our stay. Bar staff were friendly and efficient.

Staff were very ignorant and the room was very smelly Very. Sheets was not changed for 3 days the food was very poor.

Beautiful pool area and great value for money. Staff were very friendly and the room was alot better than we expected. Food was good.

The drinks were very expensive from the bar and overall, the Spanish were extremely unfriendly and very rude. The receptionist checked us in was very poor.

Rom balcony was stunning impressive reception area and the hotel was lovely very clean and nice staff. The service at check in was lax and could be greatly improved, the computer room was handy, the food in the resturant was extreamly good, fresh, hot. Dinner was quite good.

Good pools good entertainment nice areas to sit and relax, the hotel reception is amazing and very grand, for something the cost of a Premier Inn at home you can't have great high hopes even 30 floors up. Maids clean room and replace towels daily.

Lobby is a bit airportish you did come before the new alicante airport, the staff are very very slow to clear the tables and the tea there is awful. British are mostly of the loud drinking type, Germans are all elderly.

Finally, the beach is superb and only a short stroll as is the centre of Benidorm, basically the hotel is too big to be good and requires more staff and better maintenance, maid service is every day and clean towels.
